This was by far one of the smoothest renting experience I’ve had. The service was amazing! Laura the representative who handled all our process was absolutely awesome. She was so prompt and professional, all our questions and concerns were addressed. No doubt one of the factors that gave us the confidence in the Camden community. Everything was sooooo easy to do and fast! I really don’t have much to complain about the process at all.
Convenience was the most important factors for us. This location is so perfect, just about everything is a 5-15 walk. Being close to or basically on the water is a plus. On the other I was socked to find out there were no elevators in the complex. But regardless we still chose to live here because it situated in such a good location and pretty nice overall.
My daughter and I scheduled to see an apartment over the weekend and earlier this week. We met with Charmaine. From the time we stepped inside of the office we were met with genuine friendliness and professionalism. Charmaine took her time and provided us with a thorough tour. She even suggested we look at a few other properties if Camden Aventura was not our best and recommended them. I really can't say enough about the experience. The neighbors engaged with us as well.
We are still in our decision making process but Camden is standing at number 1 in community, security, environment, size and pricing as far as we are concerned.
I'm very happy to live at Camden Aventura.
The location is great , I feel safe, the property have a lovely views of the marina and a lot of green for my puppies to walk.
The search of my apt took a little longer than usual and working with Laura was a pleasure.She was very patient and understood my needs.Thank you!, I'm very happy with my new home!

I am an electrician and have worked at Camden Aventura Apts. and can testify that Jennifer, the person responsible for maintaining the property, is always on top of things, working very hard in making sure the entire property location is kept in an outstanding condition. Not only what pertains to the outside surroundings but also in every individual apartment inside. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a Wonderful place to rent.
Came for a tour, I had the pleasure to tour with Laura! Laura was so resourceful and made the property feel like home. She had answers for all my questions and really gave me my time to get a feel for the space! The property is beautiful and their staff is amazing!
The nicest complex I’ve lived at. Staff is so friendly and accessible as is the great maintenance team! Superb location , great views and comfort and in the heart of the city ! So happy I decided to move here and can call Camden Aventura home.
